Telness Tech launches its first cloud-based PBX solution together with fast-growing Cloudgruppen.
Just 6 month after the announcement of the €1.5m seed round, Telness Tech has signed several deals. Fist customer going live with the switchboard solution is fast-growing Cloudgruppen.
Earlier this year, mobile operator Telness announced that it is launching a sister company with the ambition to resell its proprietary cloud-based platform to telecom companies globally, with a short-term focus on Sweden.
Telness Tech has since experienced a great demand for its services, especially the self-service cloud-based switchboard solution.
Telness Tech's commercial director, Sara Rasmussen, sees great potential for the collaboration and the company's future growth:
“Since the launch of Telness Tech services in the market earlier this year, interest has been high. The market is ready for a flexible and scalable solution that allows retailers and other telecom companies to launch products based on their needs, regardless of major operators”.
The cloud-based switchboard is unique in its kind, as the end customer can buy and set their gear in just a few minutes with just a few clicks of a button. Telness Tech is currently reselling its solution on a white-label model, which means customers can launch an identical switch under their brand as well as a customized business model.
Sara believes that this is a unique platform and pricing model for Telness Tech:

The Cloud Group has a strong stronghold in southern Sweden and is a reseller of telecom solutions. They currently have a sales organization with 60 employees, about 5000 end customers and will have a sales of approximately SEK 45 million this year, and are planning major expansion in 2022.
Cloudgruppen growth comes by reselling existing telecom solutions in the market, but now they want to expand the product portfolio with its solutions, which is made possible by this partnership:
