Our story
Former Telenor executive Martina Klingvall founded the Swedish MVNO Telness, with an ambition to raise the standards within the telecom industry.
We built a fully digital mobile operator in Sweden in 2016. It made us become the highest rated mobile operator in Europe (4.8 Trustpilot rating), a title we still hold.
Our clients love us, because they don’t have to deal with us. It’s all automated. As such, OPEX is minimal, and customer experience is maximized.
That sounds like an easy thing, but it’s thousands of users journeys and insights, comprised into one platform, instead of hundreds.
You’d be surprised to hear that no other operators outside of Sweden have done this. That’s why we’re selling our technical platform to other operators.
If digital self-service was non-complex, quick to implement, and easy to build – all telecom players would already have developed this.
But they don’t need to– as they can buy it from us. And that's our product, Seamless OS.

We iterated our technology over 7 years and managed to build a successful end-to-end digital experience, modularised, cloud-based and contained as one. We custom built the perfect Telecom BSS/OSS automating everything that needed dozens of vendors. This enabled the highest customer rating in Europe (4.8/5 on Trustpilot). A record we still hold. The platform even enabled non-telecom companies to add connectivity, seamlessly.
Since launching Telness Tech we have acquired several customers across Europe and the US and Africa, all of them running on Seamless OS.
The company is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden with employees working all over Europe and the US.

Telness Tech partners with Lebara to Launch New Mobile Operator in Nigeria
Stockholm, Sweden – November 20, 2024: Telness Tech, a leading telecom technology provider, is partnering with VAS2Nets and Lebara to launch a new Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Nigeria. Telness Tech secures 5M Euro in funding and successfully enters US Market
Stockholm, April 2 – Telness Tech, the full automation software company for the telecommunications industry secures 5 million euro in bridge-funding in the midst of a rapid international expansion. With over 18 mobile operators running Telness Techs full automation platform, the Software company signed multi-year contracts with their first two US clients - much earlier than expected.
