Telco company, Easypartner launches cloud PBX ‘EasyLogg VxL’
Since launching in 2021, Telness Tech has welcomed several partners to their cloud based solutions - most recently this includes IT communication solutions provider, Easypartner.
What's the journey been like for you and how have you grown as an organisation?
We started our journey in 2014 with a store in Köping where we focused on private customers. After much success, now we have just over 40 employees and are located in almost seven cities in Sweden. Our main client base are SME customers - so businesses with around 1-30 employees and a focus on growth.
What is it about Telness Tech that made sense to you as a partner?
Telness Tech is an interesting player in the market that can offer a lot to our customer clientele. A company that can compete with the giants, but still has a suit and presence as a smaller company, is exactly the type of brand we want to partner with.
In what direction do you think the PBX market is going?
The next few years are going to be a sprint between competitors for the most flexible solution in the market. And with the recession looming and the Great Resignation happening all around us, there’s bound to be big staff changes at companies across the globe. Having a sensible, simple solution to introduce new employees and ensure everyone is working seamlessly will be crucial. Luckily, I feel like we will be in the driver's seat with Telness Tech supporting us.
What is important to the end user choosing a PBX service?
Simplicity, agility and reliability.
Why are you investing into a white-label cloud PBX and why now?
We see a change in the market and are moving towards a more long-term solution with MRR. We want to be able to be closer to the customer in all situations - and this is the perfect time to do that within our organisation.
Do you feel that this product launch will support your company culture?
As we continue to expand, this will absolutely support our company culture and comes at a perfect time in our journey.
Why is customer service so important to you as a business?
Being there for the customer is key in business, service and sales. If you’re not there for the customer when they need you most, they won’t be there for you in return. So being present and hands on in times of crisis is vital for success within an organisation.
Do you feel that solution providers are doing enough to innovate and move communications solutions to the digital age?
Yes, but it still feels very "new". As services have taken over the market, there is a natural place for service providers in the chain to develop and challenge the technology going forward.
What does the future hold for you?
Easypartner will continue to grow in breadth with the hope of reaching 10 cities before 2024 with our 7th new addition in Gothenburg in August 2022. We’re in a good place to have steady organic growth, but there’s potentially some acquisitions and interesting collaborations in our near future too. We’d love to be a well-established chain soon with good profitability. Watch this space!
