Fast-growing Swedish mobile operator Telness announces global expansion with its self-service telecom cloud platform.

Today CEO and co-founder Jonas Cedenwing announced a major global expansion of their next-generation telecom cloud platform launched under the company Telness Technologies. To lead the expansion, is former Auka (now Settle Group) global sales manager Sara Rasmussen.
Telness was founded in 2016 by Martina Klingvall with a mission to simplify B2B telecom. Her self-service and customer-centric telecom platform gained traction fast and today has over 6000 corporate customers with a customer satisfaction score of 4.8/5.
Fast track to 2018, where Telness launched the next-generation cloud switchboard to allow business owners to self-activate and self-manage calling features for inbound and outbound calls with just a few clicks.
Telness rapid growth has been possible because of the self-service proprietary, elastic cloud platform developed in-house. The platforms flexibility and scalability has significantly lowered operating costs compared to the industry.

Since the launch of the Telness operator, one milestone has been to offer the self-service cloud platform as a white-label solution to companies that want to launch a flexible and scalable solutions while lowering operating costs in an industry that traditionally are known for low customer satisfaction and innovation due to outdated IT systems and high operational cost.
After the announcement of the platform now being available worldwide, international telecom operators, potential customers and investors, have shown interest.
Potential customers are telecom company looking to launch a self-service operator to increase margin on its products, or companies that want to expand their business model by reselling their branded switchboard solution to their end customers.

To launch worldwide, Telness technologies has recently hired Sara Rasmussen as Chief Commercial Officer. Sara has a background as a consultant within the IT consulting company Netlight and recently comes from a role as Global Head of Sales in Auka (current Settle Group). Where she was responsible for sale of white-label mobile payment solutions to banks globally.
