OSS/BSS Presales Manager
Telness Tech is a rising star in the teltech space and has made a big mark in the telecoms industry since its launch in 2021. The company provides SaaS-based telecom services to MVNOs, MNOs and other telco companies that want to excel in customer happiness while reducing OPEX and enhancing innovation capacity in a highly competitive market. The company already has several customers running on its platform and a growing number of end users.
As a result of rapid growth, we are expanding our commercial team by hiring an OSS/BSS Presales Manager to assist our Sales organisation in business development and provide domain-specific expertise. The Pre-Sales Manager should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the full telecom solutions lifecycle including OSS/BSS, billing, charging, rating and service fulfilment. Responsibilities will include client presentations, product demonstrations, requirement gathering and analysis, as well as consulting with Tier 1 mobile operators, MVNOs and MVNEs. The role can be based anywhere in Europe with frequent travel required.

Your responsibilities include
Lead customer engagements by understanding their business pain points and aspirations, articulating solutions through use cases and technical requirements, and, most importantly, translating these into a commercial offer.
Establish trusted relationships with CXOs and technical decision-makers in the OSS/BSS domain.
Collaborate with multiple Sales Managers to support the opportunity qualification process (MEDDPICC sales methodology).
Drive the process of delivering high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
Provide assessments and technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, and assist the sales team during bid defense.
Prepare technical solution proposals, including relevant technical architectures.
Lead discussions on technical requirements to address product/solution gaps with product line managers, ensuring that customer features/roadmap commitments can be met.
Take the lead in PoC/Trial initiatives for customers, involving the articulation of POC/trial scope, architecture, use cases, and infrastructure requirements.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager and delivery teams to ensure successful project handover for implementation.
Participate in account planning and revenue funnel reviews with sales and commercial management teams.

8+ years of experience working at a Telco or vendor with strong technical knowledge in OSS/BSS across multiple domains, including CRM, CPQ, Product Catalog, Customer Care, Order Management, Provisioning, Resource Management, Billing, and Charging for consumer and complex B2B products and services.
Ability to collaborate as part of a team to solve complex technical problems and work with accounts in intricate environments.
A solid understanding of the global telecommunications marketplace and OSS/BSS industry, competitors and value proposition.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong presentation abilities at all levels within an organization.
A high level of proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Native English speakers are preferred.
A passion for technology and a genuine interest in startups.

We offer a supportive working environment with the option to work remotely, although we have an office in Stockholm where we meet at least once every two months.
