About the role
The role is within the group's finance function with a focus on administration and support function to the company's various groups. The work involves working closely with the finance team, the company's management teams and the support department. You report to the CFO.
Duties and responsibilities
Be responsible for part of the support administration so-called "Workorders". This means, among other things, order processing and sending sim cards to new and existing customers. This task involves close collaboration with the Telness Support Team.
Manage and support within the group of companies in recruitment processes. Maintain communication, schedule meetings, and manage the administration.
Be responsible for keeping the onboarding process at newly hired colleagues. Plan and coordinate the onboarding, make sure that materials and invitations are sent out, that agendas are in place, book and prepare meeting rooms and ensure that those who will be invited are so.
Ensure that work tools such as hardware and accounts are in place at the start of employment.
Responsibility for the purchase of various forms. Make sure the process is defined, communicated, and delivered on. For example, executing orders for hardware and making sure that documentation and inventory are in place.
Travel and event planning
Plan and book travels within the groups. Can mean both individual trips for employees as well as larger bookings at corporate events.
Plan, coordinate, and support events of various forms.
Make sure we deliver on the current travel policy – travel options and hotels.
Follow up on receipt accounting and be the controlling body for ensuring that we live as we preach.
Allocate, control and budget costs, especially internally and representation.
Office manager. Ensure that our office space is in good condition. Replenish equipment, take care of deliveries to and from the office and keep abreast of updates from The Works – the coworking space we sit at.
Receipt management and other finance tasks to support and relieve the finance team, controller and CFO.
Support finance administration
Responsibility for invoicing to customers within the group of companies. Check, adjust and ensure that the company's invoices go out to our customers, that they are correct and that it takes place at a set time.
Responsibility for reminder flow for invoices not paid on time.
In addition to the above, other administrative tasks may occur as well as relief of the company's various management teams. Within the group of companies, we work actively to become better, which means that a responsibility to develop and improve and streamline each area and task is also included in the role.

Experience in financial administration from before.
Experience from other startups.
Experience of SaaS companies.
