What we are looking for
We are looking for a person to help shape our first impression towards guests, partners, as well as new and old colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for making sure that our business runs smoothly and that our employees have what they need to always excel at their job. It also includes coordinating company events and other gatherings. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-going with a proactive, creative and service-oriented mindset. Good communication and people’s skills is a must in order to thrive in this role.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
First point of contact towards guests, partners and new employees
Onboarding of new employees
Support existing employees with various questions
Conducting customer interviews and user testing
Maintain a well-functioning and pleasant work environment (both online and offline)
Event planning (both online and offline)
Ensure that we are connected as people although we mostly work remotely
Coordination activities to make sure our business run as smoothly as possible
Who you are
Experience from customer service, office management or project management
Great communications skills both verbally and written
Fluent in English (all other languages are a plus)
Digitally savvy and experience with Microsoft Office (we work remotely)
Interest in IT and startups
Excellent project management skills and a go-getter mindset
Possibility to come to the Stockholm office when needed (strategy days, to meet new employees etc.)

The majority of the company works remotely, in this role you are expected to visit the office when needed (for mandatory gatherings and to meet new employees etc)

About Telness Tech
Telness, a Swedish MVNO was founded by former Telenor executive Martina Klingvall with the ambition to change the standards within the telecom industry.
Today Telness serves over 12 000 SMEs in Sweden and has an average customer happiness score of 4.8/5 on Trustpilot which makes it one of the highest rated operators in Sweden. The company’s customer centric approach and fast growth has intrigued telco companies all around the world. In spring 2021 the company Telness Technologies was founded under the same mother company to serve large operators globally with its innovative, cloud-based products and services.
Since the operator Telness was founded in 2016 the company’s tech stack has been built with the ambition to ultimately white label its services and sell it on a SaaS model. This has resulted in a flexible and modular telco platform that can be deployed and run on any of the major cloud solutions as well as incumbent IT systems. Although Telness Tech was recently founded it has already acquired several customers on its Next Generation PBX service (to be launched in autumn 2021)) and have several large, global operators in the sales pipe interested in acquiring the company’s proven Digital Telco platform. This to increase their innovation capacity, streamline their tech stack and offer modern and fully digital solutions to their customers.
Today, the company group consists of roughly 30 people and growing. It’s a versatile team with various interests and personalities, but we share the common traits of curiosity and authenticity.
